Friend of mine had a flat tire and didn’t have the time to get it fixed at a shop. I thought, ‘Wouldn’t it be great if I could just drive to him and fix it on the spot?’ That got me thinking: What if I could provide a service where people didn’t have to waste time traveling or waiting? They could just get the repair done at their home, office, or even a parking lot. I saw a huge opportunity in this because, people are looking for convenience and time-saving services. It also made sense financially because running a mobile operation reduces overhead costs, which let me offer more affordable services compared to traditional repair shops.
